K Series Billet Connecting Rod

New Designed K-Series Kohler Billet Connecting Rod.   Torque Rod Bolts to 20ft lbs Oil clearance need to be between .0035 to .0045.  Rods are designed for rod bearingns, which we stock standard, .003", .010" and .020" undersize. Check for cleance at cylinder wall and cam BEFORE final assembly.  For correct oil level, look through the removed cam cover and with the engine at bottom dead center anf fill oil up until it touches the bottom of the rod cap (diffper should be submerged in the oil.  See attached paperwork.  Use rod bearing 53307, 53308, 53309 or .003 undersized bearing # 53471.
